The Rotary Vial Washing Machine has been especially designed to help organizations in washing vials. This has been done to ensure the washing of vials with minimum amount of contact with the other parts of the machine. A customized gripper system has been integrated in the Rotary vial washers that hold the vial from its neck and then inverts the vials until the washing of the vials is completed properly. After the washing process is completed, the gripper releases the vials onto the outfeed feed worm system. The release is done in a vertical position to ensure that the washing is done in a positive manner.

The machine is ideal to wash vials that have a size of 2ml to 100ml. This is easily done with the help of change parts. The vial is fed through the feed worm to the Star Wheel. The gripper then holds the neck of the vial and inverts it and moves it further on the rotary moving system to complete the washing process.
