Octagonal%20Blender

Octagonal Blender

The Octagonal Blender is an efficient and versatile blending machine for mixing and lubrication process. Octagonal Blender with Cylindrical Container of dry granules equally. It can be used for pharmaceutical, food, chemical and cosmetic products etc. Octagonal Blender consists of octagon shaped body, rectangular central portion and top and bottom polygonal frustum. It is provided with baffles for fast and efficient mixing, charging port and outlet with butterfly valve. It is very useful machinery for pharmaceutical industry where in gentle blending of dry granules or powder is to be done. Other important feature of this machine is easy to clean in place. The bin charging system can also be incorporated in it which is a dust free closed system for charging and discharging of powders or granules. The powder consumption is comparatively lower than the other similar type of blender. • Two third of the volume of the cone blender is filled to ensure proper mixing. • The Octagonal blender gives best result for granules due to very slow speed and octagon shape of container. • In Octagonal blender the granules from all sides due to the octagonal shape of the product container, hence requirement of RPM is less. • Suitable mainly for Crystalline & Granular type material. This type of material gets sufficient continuous movement due to their shape if container has only slow movement and will results in good quality of blending / lubrication of granules.

V-Type Blender

V Blender is highly favored by the pharmaceutical and fine chemical industries. As the vessel rotates from the "V" position, the batch is divided into right and left legs. As the vessel continues its rotation, the batch blends and recombines. V Blenders can be built to suit customer requirements. The Blender is most suitable for paints, dye-stuffs and pharmaceutical. Suitable for dry mixing of products in powder form. Double%20Cone%20Blender

Double Cone Blender

The Double Cone Blender is an efficient and versatile machine for mixing dry powder and granulates uniformly. Two-thirds of the volume of the cone blender is filled to ensure proper mixing. Double Cone Blender is used for pharmaceutical, food, chemical and cosmetic products, etc. These machines are extensively used in the pharmaceutical industry to granulate and blend medicated powders. It is also the best way to mix very heavy and abrasive products for total discharge of product with minimal retention. Blender features multi shear deflector plates for the improved blending efficiency of free flowing powders and granules. Salient Features • The conical shape at both ends enables uniform mixing and easy discharge. • The cone is statically balanced to avoid any excessive load on the gear box and motor. • While the powder can be loaded into the cone through a wider opening, it can be discharged-through a mucon valve or a slide valve. • Depending upon the product, paddle-type battles can be provided on the shaft for better mixing. • Maximum care has been taken ensure safe operation of the unit. It can also be operated through a timer. • The contact parts are made of either S.S. 304 or 316 L. • Flame-proof motor can be supplied as option.

Mass mixers are special pharmaceutical machinery used for through mixing of wet as well as dry or lump material, especially suited for tablet granulation. • The Mass Mixer Machine is basically mixing an assembly wherein the mixing stirrer is in horizontal position in the containerMass Mixer & has a single speed, simple rotation. • The stirrer rotates around it self at a very slow speed inside the bowl and thereby achieving intimate mixing of dry or wet materials of Tablet Granulation, Powder, Chemicals, and Food & Confectionaries Materials. • The equipment consists of paddle like blades for efficient granulation and mixing of material and is provided with leak proof seal tilting arrangement for ease of unloading the material. • These blades are placed in a horizontal position and have a single speed rotation. • The machines are provided with transparent poly-carbonate dust cover with inter locking system to view the raw material being mixed. • The motor driven machine is also equipped with safety switch to automatically stop the mixer as soon as the cover id opened. • Mass mixer can be mix the sticky materials & also uniformly and intimately mix the materials which are to be difficult to mix.

Multi mill is a self contained portable unit useful for high speed Granulating, Pulverizing, Mixing, Shredding and Chopping of a Multi Mill wide range of wet and dry materials without special attachments. • Multi Mill operates on the principle of variable force swing, beaters having both knife and impact edges rotating within a selected screen to get the required size reduction. • Multi mill is designed to utilize the principle of variable force swing beaters having both knife and impact edges rotating within a selected screen to control the particle reduction, material fed in to the processing chamber moves to the periphery and passes through the screen radially and tangentially. • Finally the processed material gets collected into the container kept below the processing chamber. • As compared to the four common principal of size reduction i.e. grinding, compression impact and shearing, which often do not produce controlled size reduction, this machine utilizes the principle of variable force swing hammer blades having both knife and impact edges rotating with a carefully selected screen to control size reduction. Fluid Bed Dryer

The fluid Bed Dryer are most suitable for drying granular crystalline, coarse or similar material in pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, dyes, food and allied products. The fluid Bed dryer is not suitable for drying liquid or pasty materials. • Fluid bed dryer is designed to introduce the hot air stream at the base of the product container which is filled with the Fluid Bed Dryer material. • Induced draught is created by means of blower and fresh air is sucked in to the unit. This hot air system expands the bed of material at certain velocity & creating turbulence in the product. The phenomenon is known as fluidization and offer conditions which are almost ideal for drying. • Fluidization produces full agitation of solid particles and since each particle gets surrounded by hot air, heat transfer is extremely high and uniform. • The product is dried fast without appreciable loss of heat. Filter bags prevent particles escaping from the dryer. • Fluid Bed Dryer occupy lesser floor space compare to conventional dryer and are very easy to operate and can dry material in least time as compared to tray dryer. • In fluid Bed Dryer, temperature distribution through out the product is uniform and the heat transfer rate is very high. High production rates are achieved due to reduce drying time. • As the product is in close contact with drying air at low temperature and also for short duration, the physical and chemical properties of the products are generally not effected and therefore the dryer can effectively be used for heat sensitive products. • Due to the continuous movements of product during drying lump formation, case hardening etc. are minimized. Product Container: Made of S.S. 316 & provided with the S. S. bolliendr Sieve and perforated plate for proper air distribution. Container Trolley: Made up of S.S. 304 supported on caster wheels. Retarding Chamber: Specially designed S.S. 316 retarding chamber having special provisions for insertion of top spray nozzles with three different ports. Filter Bag Housing: Made up of S.S. 304. Consists of the finger shaped cotton filter bags. Explosion flap is provided at the back side of the explosion chamber to suppress the explosion pressure within the safety limits. Provided with pneumatic filter bag shaking mechanism. Top Dish: Made up of S.S.304. I. D. Fan Assembly: Centrifugal I. D. fan with S. S. 304 impeller blades & S. S. 304 casing. Mounted on top dish. Plenum Chamber: Made up of S. S. 316 provided with the dished bottom & the drain valve. Container Lifting mechanism will be fixed outside. Container Lifting Mechanism: Provided with pneumatic container lifting & sealing mechanism. The Rear Chamber: a) Made up of S. S. 316. Provides the passage for inlet air. Standard filters of 5 & 20 micros particle size are provided. b) Steam heating or electric heating battery. c) Can be provided three stage filtration arrangement. Heating Battery Made up of S. Tray Dryer

A tray Dryer is an enclosed insulated chamber in which trays are placed on top of each other in trolleys. Tray Dryer are used where heating and drying are essential parts of manufacturing process in industries such as Chemicals, Dye stuff, Pharmaceutical, Food Products, Colours etc. The material to be dried either wet or solids are placed in the trays. Heat transfer is by circulation of hot air by electric heaters or steam in radiator coils. Blower fans are installed inside to ensure proper circulation and transfer of heat. A control panel to control the temperature and other parameters is fixed outside the dryer. These dryers are available in Mild Steel, Stainless Steel or construction. Tray dryer is used for drying of pigments, food, bakery, electrodes, chemical and plastic powders. DESCRIPTION The Drying ovens are normally available with choice of heating mode, as electrically heated / steam heated & thermic fluid heated. In electrically heated model, digital temperature controller provided with digital timer to facilitate working day and night. In steam & thermic fluid heated model, digital temperature indicator is provided with digital timer , but the temperature controller is not supplied with the machine. AIR CIRCULATION A highly effective recirculating air system is provided. The heated air, is recirculated with fresh air in selected proportions for optimum drying. The system is designed so that the materials at the top & the bottom dry simultaneously. Uniform air circulation, controlled temperature, sturdy construction and large working space are the valuables of the oven which is suitably designed to cover wide temperature range, loading and unloading is faster and simple. In higher capacities trays trolley rolls in and out of the chamber. For continuous operation a spare trolley can be had for loading while the drying cycle is taking place. CONTROLLED TEMPERATURE & TIME Digital temperature controller with digital timer are supplied to facilitate working day and night.

1) GMP point of view machine is provided with S.S cladding on base, S.S.belt guards, S.S. cover on motor. No exposed painted surface on top of the machine. Motor rails, screw and guide rods are chrome plated.

2) Beaters assembly bearings are in a separate pillow blocks for ease in maintenance.

3) Very less down time as only beaters assembly will have to be reversed (and not the complete chamber) for making it knife to impact forward or vice- versa which can be done by single operator.

4) Fixed beaters assembly is provided as a standard supply which increase the output by 10 to 30 % & reduce noise level and also easy to clean as there are no cavities. ( if product demands, swing beaters assembly ban be provided.

5) Beaters and shafts are of stainless steel 410 quality and beaters are further hardened and chrome plated.Beaters are fitted on a splined shaft.

6) Transmission of heat to the chamber form the bearing is minimum as they are away in separate pillow blocks. This facilities to some extend in processing of heat sensitive products.

7) Beaters assembly is dynamically balanced which reduce vibration and notice level and increase bearing life.

8) Castors provided for mobility and brakes can be applied for fixing machine at one place.

9) Machine is available in Plain & Water Jacketed model. Flame proof electricals can be provided on demand at extra cost.

Bhagwati Sifter machine (Sieving, Grading and Straining Machine) is specially designed and developed for separation of solids from solids, liquids from solids and production of graded materials in proportion to their sizes. It has features to provide gyratory vibration generated by balance flywheel. The amplitude of vibration is adjustable to the processing needs by means of movable weight on the fly wheel. This ensures that every point on the screen surface continuously traverses a circular path in horizontal plane with the elimination of the vertical motion.

Planetary%20Mixer

Planetary Mixer  hot

We manufacture, supply and export of Bhagwati planetary mixer, which is basically a mixing assembly where the agitation pattern is of planetary nature. The beater or agitation assembly rotates around itself and travels in a circle in the bowl thereby achieving intimate mixing. Owing to specially designed feature of shifting, the mass is uniformly & intimately mixed.

The unit consists of SS cylindrical bowl with torri-spherical dished bottom with inside surface polished to smooth finish. MS Jacket is provided on cylindrical & torri-spherical area to operate on 3 Kg / cm sq. The bowl is also suitable for vacuum application and fitted with 3 caster wheels, 2 fixed and 1 swivel.

Top Dish :

• SS top dish covers the bowl with SS flange having groove for fixing the sealing gasket. Essential connection with serrated nozzle is provided for connecting flexible pipe for vacuum application. Light and sight glasses are suitably provided.

Agitator Assembly :

• 1 or 2 SS open type Beaters
• 1 SS Scrapper fitted with PTFE strip on both sides
• 1 centrally located High Shear Emulsifier ( optional )

Drive Mechanism For Beater Contains the following:

• Suitable HP 1440/2880 RPM DUAL Speed TEFC Motor to work on 415 V, 50 c/s 3 Phase AC supply line, mounted on MS plate.
• Worm reduction gear box coupled to the motor through belt & pulley arrangement
• Epicyclic gear box coupled to motor through belt and Epicyclic gear train arrangement to achieve planetary motion.
• Suitable HP 1440 RPM TEFC motor to work on 415V 3 phase 50 C/s AC supply line for High Shear Emulsifier ( optional )
• The above items are assembled on the top plate, that is supported on a cast iron sliding sleeve with MS gussets.

Main Body :

• MS column with flange mounted on stool base 2 limit switches provided at upper & lower limits of the column to control traverse of sleeve.

Lifting Arrangement Of The Drive Assembly (Mechanical) Consists of:

• Suitable HP, 1440 RPM motor working on 415V 50 c/s 3 Phase AC supply line
• MS Stool for mounting the reduction gear unit
• Worm reduction gear box coupled to the motor through belt and pulley arrangement
• Lead screw and guide bar to guide up and down traverse of the drive assembly

Lifting Arrangement Hydraulic (Optional):

• HRC back up fuses
• Ammeters for main motor and lift motor
• Horse shoe base with suitable gun metal bush housing for 3nos chrome plated guide bars with suitable retaining plate and supports.
• Hydraulic power pack assembly complete with MS Tank, suitable HP pump with filter connected to suitable solenoid valve arrangement with control and check valve for preventing drop-age of pressurized fluid.
• Power pack connected with fixed / flexible high pressure inter connecting hose to hydraulic cylinder of suitable lift clamped to the drive head to give smooth up and down traverse.
• Limit switch for controlling up & down traverse motion.
• Air break DOL dual speed starter with DOL relay for main motor
• Push Button actuator for above operation fitted on control panel
• Wires coming out of the connections are numbered for easy recognition.
• The circuit consist of MCBs, relays and contactor. Ample overload protection is provided by the MCBs and relay.
