Application :-

1) Construction : external:2mm thk internal: 2mm thk moc: gmp

2) Surface Finish: external: powder quoted, internal: mirror finish.

3) Inlet & Outlet: All dryers have a 5 micron pre filter at the inlet and a manually infinite adjustable damper at the outlet.

4) DOOR: Doors at provided at the front side of the dryer. Door lips are lined with silicon rubber gasket to prevent any leakages. Suitable locking is provided for the doors.

5) Air Circulation: Air circulation is done by specially designed recirculation blowers inside the dryer. The blower capacity, static & design depends on the size and model of dryer.

6) Heating: Dryers are normally supplied with electric heating system. Suitable heating coils are provided in the dryers.

7) Temperature Control: Temp control system is done by electronic digital temp controller fitted in the control panel. The temp control in the dryer is fully automatic.

8) Trays: Trays are available in S.S. 304/ 316 q. All trays are fully die pressed and with coved corners. Trays are buffed to mirror finish.

9) Control Panel: Automatic Control panel is fitted on the side of the dryer. If consists of Starters, contactors, safety relays, CKT breakers, indicating lamps, push buttons , timers, controllers etc.

Application:

Product is feed to the operating area of a rotor, having a speed of 2800 R.P.M by specially designed feed device. The product is processed by high sheer, pressure and friction between the stator and rotor, the angular gap becomes narrower towards the discharges section. This processed product continuously leaves the mill through the drain pipe, if required, it can be recirculated.
