Keeping pace with latest technology, we manufacture, supply and export Bhagwati fluid bed dryers, which are based on the concept of GMP Regulation. These fluid bed dryers are recognized amidst our clients for superior functionality. They consume lesser drying time in comparison to conventional model. Apart from this, these dryers require minimum involvement of manual labor, maintenance and utilize modular construction techniques to offer flexible installation options.


The process unit is available in 2 pieces made of SS-304/316 stainless steel. Through mixing of dry powders, agglomeration & drying are carried out in one unit of these fluid bed dryers.


Salient Features: The salient features of Bhagwati Fluid Bed Dryers are mentioned below:


1) Process Unit

•   The process unit is made of SS-304 Grade stainless steel
•   All process contact parts are made of SS-304 grade
•   The finish employed externally will be all welds ground back and polished into the surrounding materials
•   All of the external surfaces of the dryer and all non contact/sight parts will be prepared with a uniform fine texture Matt finish
•   All of the product contact surface (SS-304) are mirror finished
• Special attention is paid to reduce any source of material Entrapment by mirror polishing flush all welds to create crevice free profiles both externally as well as internally
•   The expansion chamber possessing filter finger bags & dished end are made of single piece construction from SS-304/316 steel. Below that is the retarding chamber made out of S.S. 304 and locked with the explosion chamber through clamps. The length of retarding chamber is carefully designed to provide extra large heat exchange for rapid drying
•   A central drain is provided in the base to release the wash water
•   The base is specifically designed for air vortex effect and for providing added strength.

2) Bowl/ Product Container

•   Product bowl is manufactured in conical shape using SS-304 grade stainless steel having stainless steel mesh support along with fine finish air mesh
•   The product container trolley is of tubular frame made form SS-304 pipe mounted on polypropylene caster wheel (2 fixed & 2 Swivel for maneuverability) which lends rigidity to carry the product container with the charged load
•   The batch loading capacity is always higher in case of Bhagwati Fluid Bed dryer due to better fluidisation by varying the frequent shaking of finger bags. Shaking period can vary according to the nature of products.

3) Rubber Gasket

  A solid ‘D’ shape food type silicon rubber gasket is also provided in the groove of flanged joint between the product container and retarding chamber. It prevents any leakage of air with fines during operation

4)Uniform Lifting Of Container

  The product container is lifted by specifically designed arrangement with the help of 1 centrally fitted pneumatic cylinder, that ensures uniform lifting all across the periphery of container which ultimately provides uniform upward pressure to solid ‘D’ shaped rubber gasket, thereby preventing any leakage during operation

5)Auto Shaking Device

  Pneumatic cylinder is used for auto shaking device of finger bags and is fitted with a wire rope made from SS 304 guided by pulleys thus rendering the shaking extremely efficient.
